About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishware Sanitizer at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
  • Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
