We are seeking a dedicated full-time Wine Manager to join our team. This role requires availability during evenings and weekends.

As a Wine Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the guest experience, serving as both a floor supervisor and a wine authority. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering impeccable service, creating personalized wine experiences, and providing leadership and support to the team. Your role is vital to both team dynamics and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional wine and beverage service to patrons in a bustling environment
  • Advise guests on wine pairings that complement their meals
  • Articulate and promote wines to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Receive and organize beverage shipments
  • Adhere to inventory levels established by the Beverage Manager
  • Facilitate and engage in staff wine tastings and educational sessions
  • Participate in daily service and provide assistance as required.

Qualifications:

  • Court of Master Sommeliers Level 2 Certified Sommelier (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beverage-focused role within a restaurant setting.
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday during dinner hours.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
