Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a quick-paced environment
  • Provide superior customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Master all technical tools and methodologies, including ZoomWare and instant messaging platform
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues about clinical diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning
  • Complete charts on a daily basis and manage stable chronic illnesses
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner
  • ACLS and PALS certification
  • 2+ years experience in an emergency department setting
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Eligible to participate in the Medicare program

Working Conditions:

Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead. Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending. Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.

Patient volume may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.

Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

Must wear a mask as needed.
