Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid certification as Home Health Aid (HHA)/ Caregiver/CNA
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or caregiving role
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
