Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pool Server to join our team at HYATT Hotels. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Restaurant Preparation: Assist with general restaurant preparation, including setting up and cleaning the dining area, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
