Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with experience in working with automated machinery and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and tools to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and repairing equipment and tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and tool-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.
  6. Assist with special projects and provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift 125 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
