Floor Technician Position at SBM Management Services

Are you an expert in floor maintenance who takes pride in delivering immaculate surfaces? SBM Management Services is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to uphold the cleanliness and organization of our clients' commercial and office environments. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vacuuming tasks
  • Execute mopping procedures
  • Conduct extraction cleaning (both wet and dry)
  • Handle carpet spot cleaning
  • Assist in moving furniture before and after cleaning
  • Provide updates on cleaning progress and any issues encountered
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a floor technician role
  • Previous experience in the janitorial field
  • Skilled in operating floor scrubbers
  • Must pass a drug test and background screening
  • Familiarity with side-by-side machines and floor scrubbers

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $17.00
