Job Overview: As a Salon Assistant/Apprentice at Elevate Beauty Lounge, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of stylists and colorists, developing your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcome and valued throughout their salon experience.
  
• Work closely with our experienced salon professionals, assisting with tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing clients' hair.
  
• Assist hairstylists and colorists during haircuts, blowouts, and styling, including sectioning hair, handing tools, and following instructions.
  
• Deliver basic salon services, such as scalp massages and hair treatments.
  
• Manage the supply of towels, capes, and other salon equipment, ensuring they are always clean and in good condition.
  
• Schedule appointments and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products, attending internal training sessions and external courses.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, adhering to salon policies and regulations.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining one.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
  
• Familiarity with basic hair care techniques and salon equipment.
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  

Salary and Benefits: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
