Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, offers a rewarding career opportunity for a Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' facilities and personnel.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
- Conduct regular security surveys and post orders to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance security and reduce costs.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience in security or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
