Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary:

Animal Dermatology Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch client service, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries
• Manage phone calls, take accurate messages, and book appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including charts and computer records
• Assist with pharmacy and retail sales, as well as marketing implementation
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties, as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in a public-facing role, such as a restaurant, retail, or service business
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is a plus
• Dependable attendance and ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, stand, or reach constantly during an 8-hour day
