Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate at Whole Foods Market. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our team in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise on shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
- Support the team in achieving sales goals by promoting products and services
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including cash handling and operating a cash register
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
