**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure all dishes are washed and sanitized using the dish machine
• Maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination
• Change water and store dish chemicals properly to optimize efficiency
• Set up and organize the dish racks to minimize waste and maximize productivity
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
