Location: Various locations across New Jersey

As a Health and Wellness Specialist, you will assess, design, and implement exercise programs to improve patients' health and fitness levels, often working with those with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate patients' exercise needs.
  • Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to individual goals and conditions.
  • Monitor patients during exercise sessions and provide guidance on proper techniques.
  • Educate patients on the importance of physical activity for health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate exercise into patient care plans.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
  • Certification from a recognized body (e.g., ACSM, NSCA).
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire patients.
