Job Opportunity

Picerne Real Estate Group, a leading property management company, is seeking a skilled Custodial/Cleaner to join their team. With a rich history of building and managing properties since 1925, the company values pride of ownership and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash and ensuring a clean environment.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, such as repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure prompt repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management to provide exceptional service.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
  • Assist with snow removal and maintain the cleanliness of grounds, amenities, and community buildings.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community facilities.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Criminal Background and drug test required
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
