Job Summary

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, answering questions, and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
  • Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
  • Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
  • Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Utilize basic computer skills
