About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Eskimo Joe's Clothes. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a positive impression of our brand.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by stocking and arranging products in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and efficient shopping environment.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately count register drawers and prepare deposits, maintaining the highest level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless store operations.
Work Schedule

We're a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, and our ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. Our seasonal opportunity extends through the week of January 11th, 2025, with flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week.

  • Cash Handling: Previous experience in handling money and cash registers, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical Demands: Comfort working on your feet for extended periods (8+ hours) and the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
