Job Summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking a skilled Therapy Aide/Patient Access Technician to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient enrollment in outpatient programs, answering phones, and performing scheduling functions with a customer-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient enrollment in outpatient programs through accurate capture of patient information
  • Answer phones and perform scheduling functions with a customer-centered approach
  • Assist therapy team members with the delivery of hands-on care as directed and instructed
  • Maintain the department's cleanliness and supplies through cleaning, organizing, stocking, and ordering materials and supplies
  • Participate in tasks such as faxing, scanning, report generation, and other administrative tasks as requested and instructed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred Associate degree in a health-related field
  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Work Schedule

Work schedule is Monday-Friday. This position is primarily administrative, including referral coordination, registration, and scheduling.
