About the Opportunity:

GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in commercial insurance placements, is seeking an experienced Strategic Commercial Insurance Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong background in commercial lines insurance and leadership skills to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of high-end commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Lines to develop and implement departmental strategies and workflows.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and expanding coverage options.
  • Analyze monthly reports to assess progress toward departmental goals and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment within the department, ensuring excellent teamwork and communication.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
  • An active P&C License and proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
