Apparel and Lingerie Buyer

Met-Cap Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Buyer to lead the sourcing and procurement of lingerie and apparel products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer preferences and market trends within the sexual wellness space.

• Source and curate products that align with our mission and enhance customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best terms for cost, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory, sales performance, and trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure the product offering aligns with brand objectives and promotions.
• Stay current on trends in lingerie, apparel, and sexual wellness to maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum 3 years of buying experience, preferably in lingerie, apparel, or sexual wellness.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience building long-term supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and adjust purchasing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for contributing to a positive, inclusive customer experience.
