Job Summary:

At Ampcus, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to Technology and Security-related due diligence or RFI/RFP requests from internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide written comment/revisions to customer-facing contracts based on analysis of NYL Information Security policies and standards.
• Maintain a repository of approved responses via updates to response Library.
• Liaise with Risk Management, Technology and business areas, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; Business Management (IT focused, preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Security Regulatory role, preferably in a financial institution setting.
• Working knowledge of Information Security Policies and Standards; ability to apply understanding for complete and accurate responses to internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
