Job Description

Oral Roberts University - Anna Vaughn College of Nursing invites highly qualified applicants for a full-time position for Summer/Fall 2023. The selected candidate will serve as a member of a course-specific teaching team and report directly to the Course Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full range of faculty activities, including curriculum development, course revision, and clinical experience implementation.
  • Teach in on-campus classes, simulated laboratories, and clinical settings.
  • Provide academic advising to nursing students.
  • Serve on School of Nursing committees and University committees.
Requirements:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (minimum).
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice or Ph.D., preferred.
  • Experience in community health, mental health, medical-surgical, pediatric, or critical care nursing.
  • Meet qualifications for RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Practice certifications appropriate to clinical practice area.
  • Lifestyle consistent with Oral Roberts University Honor Code.
