In this role, you will care for a diverse range of patients with complex health conditions, enhancing your knowledge and skills across various medical areas.

Position Highlights:

  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure proper implementation.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and during shift changes.
