Key Responsibilities- Operate the Dishwashing Machine: Ensure the dishwashing machine is properly maintained and operated to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and respective areas.
- Wash and Sanitize Utensils and Equipment: Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils/equipment, and ensure they are properly sanitized and stored.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to count and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Chemical Handling: Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Communication Skills: Ability to satisfactorily communicate with management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Physical Demands: Physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions.
