Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Washington State

We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Ephrata, WA. Our clinic offers a standard four-day work week, with clinic hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our provider team consists of two physicians and two APPs when fully staffed, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Practice Details- Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
- General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women's health and a heavy higher acuity / internal medicine type practice
- Lab draw, X-ray, anti-coag, dietary, behavioral health, and ortho onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support nearby
- Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two
- Time off: up to 6 weeks of time off (for full-time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
