Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English and Spanish. You will be responsible for performing a broad range of tasks, including checking account balances, transferring funds, calculating interest, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account issues.

You will also be required to answer member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and perform various account maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cross-sell credit union services and provide support to members via video teller transactions.

As a Virtual Banking Professional, you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goal of providing exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and video chat
  • Perform a range of tasks, including checking account balances, transferring funds, and calculating interest
  • Assist members with bookkeeping and checking account issues
  • Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services provided
  • Perform various account maintenance tasks
