Job Summary

Tire Technicians at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities with friendly faces. They interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and day better. This role requires taking ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement, as well as equipment repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in various temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
  • Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters.
  • Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
