Job Opportunity at Bristal Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) and administering medications.
  • Lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness, ensuring the quality of life and general wellbeing of our residents every day.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care and services.
  • Assist residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, utilizing your expertise and compassion to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and work independently to ensure the smooth operation of the Wellness/Resident Services Center.

Requirements:

  • Active NJ LPN certification
  • Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment
  • Caring, reliable, and observant with an understanding of MAR's and doctors' orders
