About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence. You will also be responsible for assisting with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence.
  • Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees.
  • Follow department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
  • Prioritize assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/overlapping senior/client/caregiver/team member/manager needs.
Requirements:
  • CNA certification in good standing as demonstrated by inclusion on the Nebraska State Registry, required.
  • 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
  • Ability to gain access to the work area and safely perform duties while utilizing standard and specialized equipment.
  • Unrestricted lift/push/pull ability and pass a 50-pound physical exam demonstrating strength and agility prior to employment and at Tabitha's discretion.
