At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in leading our care delivery team and providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the care of a team of patients, ensuring that their physical, psychological, and sociocultural needs are met.
- Assume leadership roles and demonstrate clinical competency, evidence of nursing leadership, and coordination of care.
- Precept new employees and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure from the state of Ohio as an RN.
- Successful completion of general and unit-specific orientation and hospital probationary period.
- Obtains/maintains a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education annually.
