Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team on a luxury cruise ship. As a Baker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality breads and pastries for fine dining outlets, specialty menus, and crew restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage your own section, including food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, rostering, and training.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-national team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary offerings on board.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Baker in a similar role.
• Experience working in a multi-national team and with regularly changing menus.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Culinary qualifications and training.
