Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology, with experience in preparing operating rooms, assisting surgeons, and maintaining sterile conditions. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries
- Maintain sterile conditions and ensure proper infection control
- Transport patients to and from surgery
- Assist with post-operative care and recovery
- Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
- BLS Certification
- Trauma Experience preferred, but not required
- Travel experience preferred, but not required
