Front Office Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team at Northwest Sahuarita Hospital. As a Front Office Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-clinical support services to patients and visitors, including greeting, instructing, and directing them upon entry into the clinic.
- Assist with scheduling, insurance, billing, and office support administrative tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- One year of experience in a health-related field or completion of a Medical Administrative Assistant program.
- Knowledge of insurance plan eligibility processes and experience dealing with customers face-to-face or by phone.
