Job Description:

This position involves assisting supervising physicians in providing direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care, with a focus on outpatient clinics and operating room duties.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Conduct thorough medical histories and perform physical examinations on patients.
  2. Analyze diagnostic test results and develop treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.
  3. Triaging patient cases and making informed decisions about patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a licensed Physician Assistant, preferably in Surgery or Urology.
  • Completion of a PA training program approved by the AMA.
  • Certification as a PA by the NCCPA.
  • Licensure by the Texas State Board of PAs.
  • CPR/BCLS/ACLS certification.

Compensation Package:

Our competitive salary range is $115,000 - $173,000 per year, reflecting the value we place on our staff members' expertise and dedication.
