As a Rehabilitation Technician at Rimrock, you will provide therapeutic supervision to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and adherence to program schedules.

**Incident Reporting:**

Report all incidents, unusual events, and emergencies immediately to the Supervisor and nurse on duty, following Rimrock's policies and procedures.

**Patient Support:**

Assist patients with therapy and task assignments as needed, utilizing Behavioral Observation Forms to document patient care issues.

**Security and Compliance:**

Monitor all visitors and ensure no contraband is brought into the facility by visitors or patients.

**Administrative Tasks:**

Administer drug screen protocol for patients, provide Motivational Enhancement Therapy to detox patients, and attend all scheduled staff meetings and in-services.

**Team Collaboration:**

Train new employees after completion of RT II requirements and assist with food service and patient supervision in the dining room.

**Attendance and Reliability:**

Comply with regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
