We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working in the field of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration, primarily serving the San Antonio, TX area and its surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and support for industrial refrigeration systems.
- Provide refrigeration repair services to clients in the food and beverage sector, as well as refrigerated storage facilities.
- Conduct routine and emergency services on Freon-based refrigeration systems.
- Utilize knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems to execute inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supermarket, rack, or industrial refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of both high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Universal EPA certification is mandatory.
