Job Title: Junkluggers Driver - Navigator Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and customer-centric Navigator and Driver to join our team at Junkluggers of Southwest FL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and removing unwanted items from residential and business customers while promoting a positive company culture.

About the Role:

  • Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and respectful manner, and explain our service and junk removal plan.
  • Process payments and, where possible, upsell additional junk items.
  • Assist in training new hires as part of a team.
  • Acknowledge and report infractions, accidents, or other issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Valid FL driver license (CDL NOT required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Punctual and able to work independently.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
