Job Summary

This recruitment will be used to fill three part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Lab Assistant positions for the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University (OSU).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in various CCE laboratories
  • Move furniture and equipment as needed
  • Support lab managers in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Assist in assembling and repairing furniture
  • Perform other duties as assigned by lab managers
Requirements
  • Be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
  • Meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
  • Meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard
  • Complete all required safety training required by the School of Civil and Construction and Oregon State University
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills
Working Conditions

Positions will be located in various CCE laboratories.
