Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ER Nurse to join our team at CoreMedical Group. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $32.50-$55 per hour, with additional pay for certifications and shift differentials. You will also receive a $5,000 retention bonus and relocation reimbursement if moving from a location 75 miles away.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, providing technical skills, communicating effectively with colleagues and families, and demonstrating critical thinking and flexibility. You must have a current license to practice nursing in New Mexico and be able to maintain current licensure through continuing education programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong assessment and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be knowledgeable about current trends and procedures in the nursing profession and have a current CPR card or be enrolled in the next available class.
