Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and synchronizing EOD policy, doctrine, requirements, acquisition, operations, technology, engineering, and analytics within Army, multi-service, and interagency EOD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth understanding of Army EOD operations, formations, and support capabilities of conventional and non-conventional EOD units
  • Monitor all tasks and events assigned to the Branch, ensuring seamless execution
  • Conduct meetings and touch-points in support of the Army's EOD branch, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Operate the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Information Management System (EODIMS), serving as the gatekeeper for access and permissions management
Requirements:
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with Government-provided software packages, including MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Critical thinking and analytical methodologies to present clear and precise recommendations
  • Effective oral and written communication to articulate analysis and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands
  • Planning and execution of working groups, monitoring database performance, and maintaining database operation
  • Drafting Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes, and strategic documents
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 years Army EOD Service; EOD Master Badge Qualified
  • Graduate of NAVSCHEOD program
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
