Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individualized client needs, and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient care and treatment in accordance with established protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
