Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR) as a healthcare professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in podiatric medicine and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine patients' legs and feet to diagnose diseases and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Treat foot and leg injuries, including fractures, corns, and calluses, and refer patients for surgical procedures when necessary.
  • Prescribe medication and orthotics to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Advise patients on foot care and general wellness practices to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Order additional medical tests, such as X-rays and ultrasounds, to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.
  • Percentage pay option: 35-40% of collections.
  • Per patient pay option: $30-$35 per patient.
  • Sign-on bonus and back office administrative support.
