We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in Roseburg. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement effective communication strategies, helping them to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients' communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with patients with communication disorders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
