The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in crafting, executing, and sustaining cutting-edge solutions that deliver essential analytical insights for the organization.

In this capacity, it is vital for the candidate to possess a strong background in reporting and BI technologies, demonstrate proficiency in executing complex data queries, and engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels with minimal oversight.

This position demands close collaboration with business units to support, advise, and resolve system-related challenges across diverse domains.

The interaction with business stakeholders will range from routine tasks to more intricate projects.

The candidate will connect to multiple databases/data repositories, including big data, and develop analytical perspectives using various BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, and proprietary web applications.

Collaboration with technical teams and vendors will be essential to enhance data capabilities, and the individual should be adept at working with stakeholders and business leaders to implement the end-to-end Business Intelligence delivery strategy.


We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker)
  • Creative in developing solutions that extend the functionality of BI tools
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Familiarity with change management and version control processes
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and ETL processes
Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with business partners to ascertain their reporting and analytical needs, including key metrics and KPIs
  • Leading design discussions and creating wireframes to facilitate development
  • Educating business users on the effective use of dashboard applications
  • Diagnosing issues independently, identifying data-related challenges, and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Offering expertise in analyzing, evaluating, and developing analytical applications.
  • Translating business requirements into prototypes to deliver insights.
  • Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting BI/Analytical solutions.
  • Managing technical scope and providing expert-level assistance
  • Creating application documentation and ensuring ongoing maintenance and support
To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Tableau development
  • Proven track record in creating advanced integrated BI solutions
  • Experience in data modeling techniques
  • Skills in data cleansing and transformation processes
  • Ability to optimize dashboards focusing on usability, performance, and standardization
  • Experience in the complete lifecycle of BI projects, including scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards
  • Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tableau certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with other visualization tools such as QlikSense and Looker
