About the OpportunityWe are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and take the first step towards a successful career in insurance sales. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will be part of our comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.
The program includes a combination of self-study and hands-on-experience projects, all tailored to a structured curriculum. You will develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients and oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 per year, with monthly sales incentives and bonuses based on performance. Additionally, you will receive:
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 11 paid holidays in 2024, including two floating holidays that can be used at your discretion.
- Two floating holidays in 2024 as personal time, which can be used at your discretion.
- An education-based Accelerator Program designed to transition you into an independent Financial Advisor.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period.
- Must pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, as the training program criteria requires Financial Representatives to obtain securities licensing within 24 months of entry into the program.
