Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Fort Smith ER & Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating our CT scanning equipment and capturing high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanning equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients
  • Monitor patients throughout the scanning procedure to identify and respond to any allergic reactions to contrast agents
  • Take inventory of radiologic supplies and ensure that radiologic equipment is in good working order
  • Adhere to established hygiene and infection control guidelines
Requirements
  • One year of experience in an ER hospital setting
  • One year of experience in each modality
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • ARRT certification and BLS American Heart Association certification
  • Multi-modality technologist certification in two of the following modalities: Radiology (X-ray) and Computed Tomography (CT)
