BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Documenting client information and care activities in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
