Job Summary

Main Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with all HSE and EA Regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible and accountable for the safe execution and delivery of the manufacturing schedule.
  • Responsible and accountable for the delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production department.
  • Be accountable in meeting production, financial and operational KPI's.
  • Work closely with other departments in the idea generation and delivery of cost saving improvements.
  • Manage team development and succession planning programs.
  • Drive change through the Production department.
  • Act as lead for all operational incident investigations.
  • Develop and improve SOP's and working practices.
  • Work closely with Engineering in ensuring maintenance schedules are managed effectively.

Required Skills

  • Excellent listening, coaching and communication skills.
  • A track record in managing change through the business.

Required Experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience.
