Key Responsibilities- Application Packaging
- Design, build, and test software packages using Flexera Admin Studio and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Support Documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including SOPs, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Desktop Technology Solutions
- Implement and maintain desktop technology solutions that ensure consistency and standardization across the enterprise.
- Scripting and Automation
- Utilize scripting languages such as C++, VBScript, and PowerShell to automate processes and manage system configuration.
- Windows Installer Technology
- Configure applications for silent or unattended deployments using Windows Installer technology.
- MSI/MSIX File Building
- Build and edit MSI/MSIX files for enterprise distribution using Flexera Admin Studio and InstallShield HI.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years or more experience; additional four (4) years experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with creating and maintaining install application packages for COTS, GOTS, and open-source products used on enterprise environments.
- Experience with utilizing application packaging technologies, including Flexera Admin Studio, Installshield, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Clearance Requirement
- Must have a Secret clearance on the first day of employment.
- Required Certifications
- IAT-II (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
SAIC offers a competitive salary range of $80,001 - $120,000, based on experience and other factors. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and do not have a deadline.
SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
