Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

This role requires a highly skilled IT System Administrator to manage on-site servers, cloud services, and O365 accounts while supporting hybrid work environments. The position involves collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and best practices, maintaining AWS and Azure servers, and delivering top-notch technical support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer O365 SaaS applications, Azure AD, and network/email accounts to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot virtual servers in VMWare and XenServer environments to guarantee high availability.
  3. Provide level 2 and level 3 IT support to staff members, addressing their technical concerns promptly and efficiently.
  4. Participate in on-call support and maintenance outside regular hours to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in IT roles, preferably with certifications like MCSA/MCSE.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft O365, Azure AD, VMWare, Citrix XenServer, networking concepts, Windows, and Linux systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS SQL, SAN hardware (IBM/Dell EMC), and GIS systems is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential.
