MRI Technologist Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at a comprehensive stroke center and level 1 trauma center. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate MRI equipment, including 2 Siemens 1.5T Sola Magnets
* Prepare patients for scans, including positioning and ensuring patient comfort
* Ensure high-quality images are produced, adhering to quality control standards
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

**Requirements:**

* ARRT certification in MRI
* State license as a Radiology Technologist in Georgia
* CPR/BLS certification
* Ability to lift 50-100lbs
